Ascent Property Investment undertakes to only collect information by lawful and fair means. This means we will never be unreasonably intrusive.

Ascent Property Investment monitors the Ascent Property Investment website and usage. This enables us to make improvements to our site and provide better on-line services to our clients and visitors.

Ascent Property Investment will provide all clients the opportunity to "opt-out" of receiving promotional material either electronically or in hard copy. "Opt-out" forms will be included on all subscription forms.

Ascent Property Investment does not provide any other commercial organisation personal details on any client or visitor without the written instructions from the client or visitor to do so.
